Your access to and use of Silver Lining Web Design is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

The Client: The company or individual availing of Silver Lining Web Design services.

Developer: Silver Lining Web Design. Website designer/site creator & employees or affiliates.

Terms

Quotations are valid for 8 weeks from date of issue.

Developer will only carry out work once the invoice amount has been agreed between the developer and the client.

A deposit of 25% is required before commencement of work unless there are otherwise agreed arrangements.

Permission And Copyright

All pages, images, text and code on Developer's web site http://www.silverliningwebdesign.ie/ are copyrighted material.

Upon completion and full payment all pages, images, text and code will be client’s copyrighted material.

Domain Names And Hosting

Silver Lining Web Design offers domain name registration and hosting services through a third party. If we register and host a website for a client we will assist them in any queries or issues they may have.

Domain names are registered using Clients information – name, address and contact information.

The Client must abide by the third party terms and conditions.

Payment

Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without further notice.

Agreed payment must be paid in advance of any work being carried out by developer.

There are two payment options:

Client can pay in full in advance of work being carried out.

A non refundable 25% down payment must be paid before commencement of any work with the remainder being paid half way through the project. Once the final payment has been received and the work has been completed the files will be handed over to client.

Payment can be made by postal/money order or cheque made payable to Silver Lining Web Design.

All invoices must be made within seven days or receipt unless other arrangements have been made.

The Developer reserves the right to cease work on any project if invoices remain unpaid.

In the event that the client cancels a project the client must still pay the developer for the time spent on the project.

Privacy Policy

Silver Lining Web Design respects our client’s privacy. We will not give any information about you to others without your explicit permission. If you have any questions about our privacy policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
